1. How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at customer@assethoney.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include:
- Your full name and Order Number.
- The reason for the return.
- For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos of the issue.
IMPORTANT: Do not ship any items back to us without receiving a confirmation and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. We will not be able to process returns sent without prior authorization.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- 30-Day Window: Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item Condition: The item must be in as-new, unused, and unassembled condition. It must be free from any wear, tear, stains, damage, or modifications.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its complete and undamaged original packaging. This is essential for protecting the product during transit. Returns without the original packaging cannot be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunde
- “Final Sale” or clearance items.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items.
- Gift cards.
4. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note the following deductions:
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers our costs for handling, inspecting, and repackaging the product.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but damages can occasionally occur.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customer@assethoney.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement part, a partial refund, or a full replacement. We reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective solution to resolve the issue.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
7. Shipping Your Return
For returning your product, you are responsible for arranging and paying for a trackable shipping service. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
